Returns: Due to the nature of preserved items, all sales are final. But are most definitely willing to work with you.
Damages: If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at luminouspreservation@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue.
